(under subclass 319) Subject matter wherein the speed regulator senses high manifold vacuum, closed throttle, and rpm above idle and responds to cause or attempt to cause a further reduction in engine rpm.

(1) Note. In many instances, the speed regulator includes means to reduce pollutants in the exhaust gas causes by the deceleration condition.
