FLUID SUPPORTED CAR OR SIMULATED AERIAL VEHICLE:
Railway under the class difinition either (1) wherein a vehicle travels along a guideway and is supported entirely or in part by a fluid medium while still being contstrained to move along the guideway; or (2) wherein a vehicle travels along a rail or cable way and represents an air vehicle, but is incapable of being, at least in part, aerodynamically supported.
