(under subclass 2) Apparatus comprising a track-supported vehicle or carriage having means to attach spring clip members (which are intended to span and resiliently grip a trach rail base) to a trach rail base and abut them against a side of the ties or tie plates, whereby the attached spring clip members prevent longitudinal movement of a track rail relative to the ties.
