COMPRESSING AND INDIRECT COOLING OF GASEOUS FLUID MIXTURE TOSEPARATE:
(under the class definition) Process in which the separation of a constituent from a gaseous fluid mixture is accomplished by extracting heat in an indirect heat exchanger before, after, or while increasing the pressure on the gaseous fluid mixture.
(1) Note. The cooling must not involve details of a refrigeration process or apparatus. See the class definition for the line between Class 95 and Class 62.
