(under subclass 34) Apparatus in which the bellows wall is formed of (1) two or more different materials, (2) a single material which has been treated to provide portions of the bellows wall with specific properties which are different from the properties of another portion thereof or (3) claimed as of a specific material.
(1) Note. In part (3) the mere recitation that the bellows wall is formed, for example, of "flexible material", "rubber", "leather" or "plastic" is not considered as
specific material and is excluded from this subclass. However, specifying a kind of rubber, or plastic is considered a recitation of a specific material for this subclass.
