DEFINITION

Classification: 92/40

(under subclass 34) Apparatus including a separate means other than the working fluid associated with the bellows type expansible chamber for continuously exerting a force in one direction of movement of said bellows type expansible chamber.

(1) Note. The separate means as set forth in this definition

does not include the inherent resiliency of the material forming the bellows, but must include a separate member (e.g., spring) which member may be secured to or embedded in the wall of the bellows.
