(under subclass 31) Apparatus comprising means engageable between the element and a fixed part, and being effective to allow rotation of the element relative to the fixed part in one direction of movement of the working member, and to prevent rotation of said element relative to the fixed part in the other direction of movement of the working member, said means being moved to or from engaged position responsive to the action of the working fluid for the expansible chamber device.
