(under subclass 208) Apparatus in which the piston is provided with a circumferentially extending expansible ring positioned in a groove on the outer periphery of the skirt-like member, and a substantially rigid elongated member formed of material which is different from the material which forms the skirt-like member, said member extending diametrically across the interior of the skirt-like member and having an end thereof extending through an opening in the wall of the skirt-like member and abutting against said ring.
