(under subclass 35) Apparatus in which there is a fluid actuated valve which is operated after a predetermined time or delay to control the motor, the timing or delay means comprising a chamber of predetermined volume to which the valve actuating fluid flows at a limited rate and which must be filled by said fluid before the fluid actuates said valve to control the motor.
