(under subclass 360) Device in which the controlled apparatus is a mechanism to prevent movement of a part or element of the device or to prevent movement of the work, said mechanism being provided with means to disable the movement-preventing mechanism and in which the function effected is activation of said disabling means by the work-responsive means, whereby a subsequent operation is permitted.
