DEFINITION

Classification: 81/58.1

(under subclass 58) Wrench or screwdriver having means for imparting rotation to the head other than by a translating movement of the handle with respect to the work piece engaged by the head.

(1) Note. The means for imparting rotation may consist

merely of a modification of the head, as by an extended or enlarged or roughened portion adapted to be manually gripped and actuated, provided only that such actuation be specifically disclosed.
