Levering or prying type:

(under subclass 3.07) Remover comprising either (1) a rigid element which transmits a force applied at a first point along it length to a second point along it length by pivoting about a third point, whereby the closure or its fastener is forced away from the receptacle or (2) a portion adapted to engage a closure or its fastener and force it away from the

receptacle by a twisting or prying action.
