Introducing solid reductant into rotary kiln:

(under subclass 474) Process wherein a solid substance which reduces an Iron (Fe) compound to metallic Iron is introduced into the rotary kiln.

(1) Note. The solid reductant may be charged by itself or in admixture with other ingredients.
