DEFINITION

Classification: 72/383

With concurrent actuation of tools:

(under subclass 381) Apparatus comprising a force-transmitting power train connected to the moving means of each of the movable tools, effective to drive said movable tools generally simultaneously during an operation of the class type.

(1) Note. The movable tools need not be actuated exactly in synchronism to meet the definition of this subclass; their cycles of actuation should at least overlap, to distinguish from the tools of subclass 381, which are sequentially driven of subclass 381, which are sequentially driven (or are intended to be manipulated one at a time and left in work-engaging position).
