DEFINITION

Deforming stacked blanks:

(under subclass 362) Process which includes the simultaneous or immediately sequential deformation of an ordered assemblage of workpieces in a face-to-face arrangement, the workpieces being intended, according to the disclosure, to be separated subsequent to deformation.

(1) Note. The limitation "face-to-face" includes blanks separated by thin material such as goldbeater's skin.
