(under subclass 33) Subject matter wherein fertilization is accomplished either (1) in vivo by injecting donor semen by mechanical means into a recipient female's reproductory tract or, (2) in vitro by mixing donor semen and a recipient ova in a small container outside the body and subsequently inserting the fertilized ova into a recipient female's reproductory tract.
