Antibiotics:

(under subclass 4.1) Compounds which have the capacity to inhibit the growth of or destroy micro-organisms and are generally emplyed to kill disease in aperson or animal.

(1) Note. Anibiotics are generally produced by a bacterium or fungus, however, such processes are not provided for herein.

(2) Note. The compound may be antibacterial or antifungal.
