(under subclass 170) Apparatus including means to place or position the contents within a previously shaped receptacle and to then further incase or encircle the filled receptacle by placing an additional cover layer thereabout.

The term "cover" as used above does not include the cap or hood closure applied to a preformed container for completing the encasement of contents or for shielding the aperture portions of said container subsequent to filling.
