(under subclass 480) Processes wherein the polymer or polymer-containing material is held at a constant temperature other than ambient or heat is applied, or cooling is utilized.

(1) Note. This subclass includes processes which consist in holding the effluent from a polymerization zone at a constant

temperature, as well as holding the recovered polymer at some constant temperature to effect some alteration in its properties.
