Solid propellant binder composition or process of preparing:

(under subclass 1) Subject matter wherein a composition having utility as a binder in a solid propellant composition is claimed or solely disclosed or to processes of preparation thereof.

(2) Note. An aerosol spray composition is not included under the definition of this subclass and is therefore

excluded herein.
