(under subclass 139) Subject matter wherein the composition contains or reacts with a compound containing two or more N=C=X groups (wherein X is a chalcogen, i.e., O, S, Se, or Te) or wherein a solid polymer has been derived from a reactant containing two or more N=C=X groups (wherein X is a chalcogen, i.e., O, S, Se, or Te).
