(under subclass 169.1) Structure wherein 1) separate static structures, 2) roads or pavements, 3) subdivided land areas, 4) naturally occurring geos:graphic landmarks, such as rivers, mountains, etc., or 5) any combination of 1) through 4) thereof, are established in a specified relationship to each other.
(1) Note. The mere fact that land is inclined is not considered a geos:graphic feature.
