(1) Note. Asbestos is a fibrous magnesium and/or iron silicate containing calcium. The term encompasses amanthius, earth or stone flax, chrysotile, anthophyllite, amosite, actinolite, tremolite, and crocidolite in the surpentine or amphibole forms.
