(under subclass 162) Compositions in which the active abscission, defoliant, or desiccant agent contains an organic compound wherein phosphorus is attached directly or indirectly to carbon by nonionic bonding.

(1) Note. Inorganic phosphorus salts of the active abscission, defoliant, or desiccant agent are excluded herefrom and classified with the active organic moiety.
