With trivalent metal compound (e.g., yttrium, rare earth, or aluminum compound, etc.):

(under subclass 97.1) Compositions additionally containing a trivalent metal compound.

(1) Note. Si3N4 plus an aluminum compound is not the same as SiAlON.

(2) Note. This subclass provides for the combination of Si3N4, per se, with an additional compound of a trivalent metal. Silicon aluminum oxynitride, a single compound, does not meet this criterion.
