(under subclass 12.1) Devices which possess at one or both  sides of the seat normally pendent leaves which may be lifted  and supported horizontally to form part of the bed bottom and  in which one may be further lifted and sustained vertically  to form a back, or both elevated to form a crib, also sofas  in which a back is reverted and a front leaf elevated to form  a bed.
