DEFINITION

Including structure located within bowl and defining axially-extending, helical flow path:

(under subclass 43) Apparatus wherein the member includes internal structure which moves with it and serves to establish a route for the movement of at least part of the material, and wherein the route established is in the form of a helix which parallels the axis of rotation of the member.

(1) Note. Frequently, the structure of this subclass is tubular in nature, but it may be, instead, rodlike, striplike, etc.
