(under the class definition) Apparatus which includes two or more, extremely small, receptacle-like members for receiving the mixture and holding it during separation, and a revolving support for holding, at intervals spaced therearound, the members and further wherein the members are retained by the support in such a manner that they may be more or less easily disengaged therefrom.

for example, red cells and plasma.

(2) Note. The spacing of the containers on the support is such that the assembly will remain balanced.
