(1) Note. Included in this subclass is an elongated, spearlike object, e.g., a javelin, an elongated rope or chain having at one end thereof a relatively heavy object, e.g., a hammer, etc., and a ground or floor supported member used to
limit foot placement when throwing the object, e.g., a toe board, etc.
