Vaulting pole or stop:

(under subclass 15) Subject matter wherein the apparatus includes (1) an elongated slender rod intended to help a user thereof leap into the air or (2) a member, stationary with respect to the ground, intended to receive one end of the rod as the user is thereby helped to leap.

(1) Note. The user is usually vaulting over a horizontal bar.
