(under subclass 237) Subject matter wherein the belt* includes a first group of plural cords arranged at a first level in the belt, and a second group of plural cords arranged at a second level in the belt, the second level being disposed relative to the first level in a direction toward the outermost periphery of the belt, and the cords in the first level being formed as a part of a separate web or as separate components from the cords in the second level, and wherein significance is attributed to the directional orientation of the cords in each group as related to a length, width, or thickness dimension of the belt.
