effect:
(under subclass 57) Amusement device wherein the device which causes the deception includes (a) a means for projecting upon a screen or other viewing surface a visual image which has been previously produced upon film or transparencies; (b) a means for producing upon a television screen or other viewing surface a visual image which is being or has been produced by television; or (c) a means for producing and presenting to a person a peculiar, deceptive, or unusual visual image, which image relies upon light being produced, controlled, or used in a manner other than for mere illumination of an object or scene.
