(under subclass 5) Subject matter comprising means for rotating the cover about the fixed axis from a location distant from the cover.

(1) Note. Pressure of air or products of combustion within the vertical conduit section, which directly acts on the cover to rotate it open and closed, does not constitute remote cap pivoting means for the purposes of this subclass.
