DEFINITION

Classification: 454/228

HAVING FORCED RECIRCULATION:

(under the class definition) Subject matter comprising an air moving apparatus which contacts and directly forces air from one location within a (ventilated) space to another separate

location within the space.

(1) Note. This subclass includes a multi-compartmented structure such as a multiple room house provided the air flow path is recirculatory and not merely a flow-through ventilation path.

(2) Note. Subject matter comprising forced, "partial recirculation", wherein fresh air and recirculating air contact and are directly forced into the space by an air moving apparatus are included in this and indented subclasses unless otherwise indicated.
