However, see subclass 217, in particular, for roof structure having air deflectors actively associated with the closure, so that upon movement of the closure toward an open position, the deflector is caused to move from a retracted position to a position in which it is operative to act upon the vehicle's slipstream. If particular structure is present on the closure or in or about the opening to cause air to flow into or out of the ventilated space, the subject matter is proper for Class 454.
