Batch type:

(under subclass 88) Subject matter wherein a single carcass or a discrete group of carcasses is introduced into the outgrowth remover, operated on by the outgrowth remover, and then removed from the outgrowth remover whereupon this cycle may be repeated.

(1) Note. A batch type operation is distinguished from a continuous operation by a noncontinuous flow of work pieces through the apparatus.
