(under subclass 30) Subject matter including means to sense a condition or change of condition with respect to either the sausage being produced or to the apparatus used in the production of sausage, which and as a result of this sensing (and without external intervention) brings about an alteration in the operation or control of the device.
(1) Note. The alteration may include stopping or starting of all or part of the mechanism so as to correct, avoid damage from, or mitigate the effects of the sensed condition.
