DEFINITION

Classification: 451/326

Tumbling device:

(under subclass 64) Abrading machine or abrading shape for use therewith including means for abrading of one or more workpieces during a series of free fall movements, or propulsions, resulting from forces imparted thereon by a work receptacle in motion (generally rotational), and wherein the abrading contact may be: (a) that of mutual attrition between similarly freely moving work bodies; and/or (b) that between a work body and the receptacle wall structure; and/or (c) that exercised by an encompassing fluent particulate mass.
