Attaching means includes adjustment feature:
(under subclass 60) Subject matter wherein the means connecting the floating portions to the brassiere can be manipulated so that (a) the unattached portion can be shortened or lengthened, narrowed or widened, or (b) the point of connection to brassiere can be varied.
(1) Note. Elastic portions are not considered to constitute "adjustment" features. Brassieres as used above includes shoulder straps and body-girdling straps or bands.
