With means to resist vertical motion on body, e.g., friction grips:

(under subclass 94) Subject matter wherein the supporter is provided with means functioning to inhibit movement, or "riding up", of the supporter with respect to the body when the supporter is worn on the body.

(1) Note. This includes high-friction linings such as rubber or latex, and includes vacuum cups or adhesive means having the defined function.
