(under subclass 57) Device wherein either (1) a driven member is provided having teeth thereon which engage the teeth on a second rotatable member to rotate the second member and thereby the airfoil, or (2) the rotating airfoil is mounted on a first rotatable portion, and a second rotating airfoil is provided and is mounted on a second rotatable portion individually distinct from the first portion.
