BODY-CARRIED OR WORN:
(under the class definition) Device which is specifically configured or is provided with means whereby it may be supported on a person.
(1) Note. Excluded from the subclass are patents to devices which are gripped and supported by the hand, such as hand puppets.
(2) Note. Devices which are maintained about a portion of the body solely by a whirling motion (e.g., "hulahoop") are excluded from this subclass.
(3) Note. This subclass includes a toy attached to the clothes.
