DEFINITION

Classification: 431/22

(under subclass 18) Apparatus wherein the sensing means is responsive to (1) the presence of gaseous combustion material outside of its normal flow path or outside of its confiner during shutdown; or (2) the presence of combustion outside of the normal combustion zone.
