DEFINITION

Classification: 430/52

Electrolysis imaging:

(under subclass 31) Processes wherein a radiation-conductive plate having a latent conductivity image is used as an electrode to form a deposited image thereon when an electrical potential difference is applied across an electrolyte in electrical contact with the electrode and the plate. The deposition usually occurs subsequent to the formation of the latent conductivity image and is sometimes referred to as photoconductography.
