(under subclass 269) Processes wherein the image produced in the medium is readily discernible to the viewer.

(1) Note. Many images produced in processes under subclass 269 may be visible as disclosed in the patent specification such as lithos:graphic or relief printing plate. However, unless the patent claims expressly pertain to including a visible color forming ingredient in the medium, a readily

discernible image to the viewer is not obtained for classification purposes in this and indented subclasses.
