(under subclass 92) Jaw-traps frequently but not necessarily, of the direct-engaging-trigger type, in which the trigger mechanism is so fashioned that when the trap parts are swung to the set position the trigger automatically engages with and holds some part of the trap, so that it is maintained in the set position without any further aid from the operator. So called "self-setting" jaw-traps are classified here.
