Classification: 419/20
Rare earth oxide:
(under subclass 19) Processes wherein the oxide contained in the final product is a binary compound of oxygen and a rare earth element.
(1) Note. For the purpose of this classification the term "rare earth" includes elements with atomic numbers 57-71 and
87+, i.e., lanthanum, cerium, praesodymium, neodymium, promethium, sam erium, europium, adolinium, terbium, dysprosium, holmium, erbium, thulium, ytterbium, lutecium, francium, radium, actinium, thorium, pratinium, uranium, neptunium, plutonium, americium, curium, berkelium, californium, einsteinium, fermium, mendeleyium, noblium and lawrencium.
