(under subclass 5) Apparatus in which a rotating working member in each working chamber includes means for permitting working fluid to flow substantially unimpeded therepast during a portion of a revolution thereof and for producing work during another portion of the revolution, a working member in one working chamber permitting unimpeded working fluid flow therepast while a working member in a prior or subsequent working chamber is in work producing relationship with the working fluid.
