(under subclass 35) Apparatus in which a rotating member rotating about an axis other than the rotatable (working) member axis is either, per se, connected to the working member or is connected thereto by an intermediate member to rotate simultaneously therewith for alternately increasing and decreasing the speed of movement of the working member, a separate rotating member being associated with each working member.
