(under subclass 415) Apparatus wherein the working member of the electric motor alternately moves to-and-fro (includes oscillatory movement).
(1) Note. Apparatus in which the electric motor armature or core is merely claimed by name as a pump plunger or piston is not sufficient to cause classification in this or indented
subclasses. However, the recital of a separate piston connected to the armature or any additional pump structure such as inlet or outlet ports will cause classification herein.
